One of my favorite things to eat is salad, because it’s a delicious way to get your nutrition, and great way to stay fit. Â I am always looking for healthy and colorful salad recipes that I’ve yet to try. Â In addition to my fitness routine, I plan to try a different salad each week…but LORD knows, if I had the time I’d try a different one everyday…LOL!
These are just a few of my favorites…they are very simple to make, and can be made quickly.  They are refreshing and I love the simplicity of each of them….I can eat any of them as a meal, or as a side item to the main course.
- Kiwi, Pineapple, Oranges, Strawberries Fruit Salad
- Sliced Beef Tomatoes w/Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, topped w/Fresh Basil and marinated in Red Wine Vinegar
- Apples, Spinach, Pecans & grated fresh Parmesan cheese Salad
- Turnips, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, & Red Pepper Salad
- Fresh Garden Salad w/Peas
- Turnips, Cucumbers & Red Pepper Salad
- Broccoli Salad
- Pita, Fresh Sliced Mozzarella Cheese & Seasoned Dice Tomatoes drizzled w/Olive Oil
- Peas, Pears, & Carrot Salad
