One of my favorite things to eat is salad, because it’s a delicious way to get your nutrition, and great way to stay fit. I am always looking for healthy and colorful salad recipes that I’ve yet to try. In addition to my fitness routine, I plan to try a different salad each week…but LORD knows, if I had the time I’d try a different one everyday…LOL!
These are just a few of my favorites…they are very simple to make, and can be made quickly. They are refreshing and I love the simplicity of each of them….I can eat any of them as a meal, or as a side item to the main course.
